Billing runs on the 15th of each month. Your first shirt ships within 24 hours. After that, each month's shirt ships about two weeks after billing. Change your size or cancel anytime before the 15th from your account. Each design is produced for the division and never restocked, so shirts already billed are final. Damaged or defective items replaced within 7 days.
