Deadeye Division Terms

These terms govern the Deadeye Division subscription, offered by American Sniper. By subscribing you agree to them.
1. What the subscription is
Deadeye Division is a recurring monthly subscription. Members receive one exclusive, limited-edition t-shirt each month, plus a free gift with the first delivery.
2. Pricing and billing
Your first month is $14.99. Every month after that is $24.99. Shipping is free on every delivery. Your first payment is charged when you join. All later payments are charged automatically on the 15th of each month to the payment method on file.
3. Shipping
Your first shirt ships within 24 hours of your initial order. After that, shirts are produced following each billing cycle and ship about two weeks after the 15th. Orders ship by standard methods. Delivery times vary by location and carrier.
4. Changing your size
You can change your shirt size at any time from your account. Changes made before the 15th apply to that month's shipment.
5. Cancellation
You can cancel at any time from your account, or by contacting us. Cancel before the 15th and you will not be charged for that month. Once a month is billed, that order is final.
6. Returns and exchanges
Each design is produced only for the division and is never restocked, so billed orders are final. Damaged or defective shirts will be replaced. Contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will make it right.
7. Changes to these terms
We may modify or discontinue Deadeye Division at any time. Changes to pricing, billing or fulfillment will be communicated to active members at least 30 days in advance.
8. Limitation of liability
We are not responsible for delays outside our control, including carrier delays and force majeure events. We are not liable for incidental or consequential damages arising from participation in Deadeye Division.
9. Supporting the mission
A portion of every Deadeye Division membership supports military and first responder families through the Taya and Chris Kyle Foundation.
