Terms of Service – Shirt of the Month Club (SOTMC)

Welcome to the Shirt of the Month Club (SOTMC), a subscription service offered by American Sniper. By subscribing to SOTMC, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.
1. Subscription Overview
SOTMC is a recurring subscription service that provides members with a new, exclusive t-shirt each month.
2. Subscription & Billing
- Customers can sign up for SOTMC at any time through our website.
- Once an order is placed, the initial order will be fulfilled within 24 hours.
- After the initial order, subscribers will be enrolled in the monthly billing cycle, which occurs on the 15th of each month.
- The subscription fee will be automatically charged to the payment method provided at checkout.
3. Shipping & Fulfillment
- Shirts are produced after each billing cycle.
- Subscribers will receive their shirt within two (2) weeks after each billing cycle.
- Orders are shipped via standard shipping methods. Delivery times may vary based on location and carrier delays.
4. Cancellation Policy
- Subscribers can cancel anytime by managing their subscription settings on our website or by contacting customer support.
- Cancellations must be made before the 15th of the month to avoid being charged for that month’s shirt.
- Once billed, the order is final and non-refundable.
5. Refunds & Exchanges
- Due to the exclusive and limited-edition nature of the shirts, all sales are final.
- Exchanges are only allowed for defective or damaged products. Customers must contact customer service within 7 days of receiving their shirt to request a replacement.
6. Changes to Subscription Terms
- We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate SOTMC at any time, with notice to subscribers.
- Any changes to pricing, billing, or fulfillment will be communicated at least 30 days in advance.
7. Limitation of Liability
- American Sniper is not responsible for delays due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g., shipping carrier delays, force majeure events, etc.).
- We are not liable for any incidental or consequential damages resulting from participation in SOTMC.

How long does shipping take?
All orders placed in the US typically arrive within five to ten business days of the date on which the order was placed. You will receive an email with tracking information once available.
How can I track my order?
Once an order is placed, an email will be sent to each customer with the tracking number and instructions on how to track the order after your order has been shipped.
What shipping companies do you use?
We mainly use USPS and UPS for domestic shipments and offer a few options for international customers. During checkout, you can see choose the best shipping option for you.
Ordering
What payments can I use?
We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, Amazon Pay, and Shop Pay Installments.
I used the wrong address. What can I do?
Sometimes we are able to make changes on the order. Please contact us immediately at store@americansniper.com.
If a package is already in enroute, customers can reach out directly to the carrier and potentially have the package redirected to a new address or held at a postal location.
We would not be liable for any misdeliveries, if the package was marked delivered we would not issue a refund for that order.
Return & Exchanges
Do you offer return/exchanges?
You can return your item(s) within 30 days of the purchase date as long as it is unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and is not a final sale item. We offer free exchanges and returns for store credit. If you prefer a refund, you can use ship the item back using your own trackable method. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable. To view our full return policy, click here.
For exchanges, please follow the return instructions and purchase the new item of your choosing.

International Orders: Customers are responsible for paying all customs and return shipping fees. PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU ADD ORDER NUMBER AND EXCHANGE/REFUND REQUEST INSIDE THE PACKAGE.
PLEASE DO NOT PASTE PACKING SLIP ON THE BAG.
I received a wrong order or my order was damaged, what should I do?
If we've sent you a wrong or damaged item, please respond to the order confirmation and we'll assist you with a resolution.
